INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship any order to Canada, Europe, Asia, Down Under, South America, or any other continent. International shipping is based on weight and destination and all orders are shipped via USPS or approved 3rd party carriers. Costs are based on weight and destination. At checkout, choose the shipping method that best fits your needs.

First Class Mail International:

Transit time is 7 to 21 average business days and tracking is available to most locations.

Priority Mail International:

Transit time is 10 to 14 average business days and tracking is available to major destinations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSIT TIMES ARE AVERAGES AND PARCELS WILL SOMETIMES TAKE LONGER OR SHORTER TO ARRIVE.

International Shipping Policy (Please Read)

Once your order has been shipped, the following policies apply. Every order we ship is double checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves the US with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it, you assume all the risk. You, the customer, accept all responsibility for your package once it arrives in your country. This includes the actual delivery to your location. We're sorry, but if the package never gets delivered it is still your responsibility and you are agreeing not to contest any credit card charges relating to your package. In most cases we will have proof that it arrived in your country and will keep a copy for our records.

City Tobacco Lounge .com will not be held responsible for any foreign fees, import fees, excise taxes, or duties incurred, and said fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In addition, any packages confiscated, destroyed, or held by customs, is also the responsibility of the customer.

If any International order that was paid for by a credit card is contested by the customer, we will forward a copy of this policy directly to the credit card company along with a copy of the invoice and shipping documentation.

citytobaccolounge.com reserves the right to reship or refund any orders which are returned to our facility.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged for refunds and outgoing postage costs will not be refunded.
