Of all the new pipe tobaccos to arrive as of late, C'est la Vie is hands down one of my favorites. Here's why. I'm a big fan of French vanilla. But, instead of an in-your-face approach, this one delivers like a nicely-roasted coffee. Delicate hints of French vanilla pair exceptionally well with smooth, mellow, and creamy notes of tobacco. By combining flue-cured tobaccos, with a carefully cut Cavendish, this blend is light on the tongue, while still delivering ample sweetness. Sealing the deal in place awaits a cool burn and a nice, balanced room note. Even if French vanilla usually isn't your thing, I urge you to give this one a whirl.
